Welcome to Partnering with Parents, the district's initiative to make education a truly collaborative experience. On each page, parents will find the learning standards set by TEA for specific grade level as well as a learning activity page. The activity page includes concepts, academic vocabulary, discussion topics, and activities. The goal is to help parents gain awareness for what students are doing in the classroom, see the standards that students are held accountable for, and create opportunities for conversations that enhance and solidify classroom learning. It is the goal of Forney ISD that this transparent view into student learning will create enlightening, meaningful and academic conversations with your family of learners.
